The Snail Mail / Print Club is a monthly subscription by CreativeVLC where you receive beautifully designed printed letters and creative materials sent directly to your mailbox from Valencia, Spain. It’s a slow-living, analog experience that celebrates print, creativity, and meaningful connection in a digital world.

You can join or order before the 15th of each month. After that, we prepare and mail all Snail Mail letters by the last day of the same month. This gives us time to print, personalize, and send each creative package with care.

Pricing depends on your plan and location:

• €12 per month for deliveries within the EU

• €15 per month for international deliveries

Shipping is included — no extra postage fees at checkout.

Yes, Stripe will convert your currency automatically during payment.

Refunds are available only for orders that have not yet been sent. Once a letter has been printed and mailed, we do not offer refunds, as each Snail Mail item is prepared specifically for you.

To avoid being charged for the next month, simply cancel your subscription before the 15th day of the month:

2. Open Subscriptions

3. Click Cancel

If you cancel before the 15th, your next Snail Mail will not be processed or sent.

If you haven’t received your Snail Mail letter, don’t worry — postal letters can sometimes get lost.

Simply email us at support@creativevlc.com, and our team will be happy to send you a new copy as soon as possible.
